About Our Books Are your books new or used? We sell new books on our website. In our opinion, there is nothing like opening and reading a brand new book especially for you.
Can I order used books through you? You can order "Hard-to-Find" and "Out-of-Print" books (typically used books) through our Book Search Service. We'll track down the book for you, give you all the details and then you can decide if you want to purchase it. There are a lot of books about multiples that fall into this category. All of the books about bedrest also fall into this category.

Returns What is your return policy? We offer a 100% money back guarantee on our books. Just send it back in the new and original condition within 21 days of receiving the book(s) from us. We will credit you the purchase price. Shipping charges incurred are not refundable. Although not required, we would appreciate it if you emailed us about the return so we can watch for it. You can email info@doubleupbooks.com.

Shipping & Ordering
When will my order ship? Most books are shipped within 12 - 72 hours depending on when your order was placed. We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround times. If the book you ordered is backordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to cancel the order.
If you made an errors while ordering, please let us know immediately. We ship quickly so as long as we haven't shipped your order, we can make any needed changes.
How is my order shipped? We offer three shipping options for US addresses at checkout – USPS Standard with Delivery Confirmation, Priority Mail and Express Mail. All of these services are offered by the United States Postal Service (USPS). We like using USPS because they provide reliable service; a tracking number for each package; and deliver on Saturdays for no extra charge.

Once shipped, how long will it take until my books arrive? Standard shippingl can take from 5 - 21 days to arrive. Priority Mail packages usually take 2 – 3 days transit time once the order is shipped. Express Shipping usually takes 1 – 2 business days to arrive at its destination once the order is shipped. Shipping to Canada takes about 5 - 12 business days depending on which shipping option you've chosen.
How much is shipping? USPS Standard with Delivery Confirmation is $3.50 for the first item and $.50 for each additional item.
Priority Mail is $8.00 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item. **If you are ordering 3+ books or items, use the Priority Mail FLAT RATE shipping option to pay just $9.85 to ship your entire order.
Express Mail is $22.00 for the first item and $5.00 for each additional item.
Placing an order over $60? We split shipping costs with you for USPS Standard! No coupon codes to remember - our checkout system will calculate this automatically, but you must select the reduced pricing option during checkout. This offer is for orders shipped within the United States.

Will I receive an email notifying me that my order has been shipped? Yes.
Will I receive a tracking number for my package so I can check its status online? Yes for US orders only.
Can you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide.
Can you ship to multiple locations? At this time we are only able to ship to one location per order. If you need items shipped to multiple locations, just complete another order.
How will my items arrive? Your items will arrive in either a bubble envelope (for small orders), standard shipping box (for larger items and orders), Priority Mail or Express Mail box, depending on your selected shipping method. The box will have a return address listed as "Double Up Books" or "Audalas Incorporated", 800 Main Street #187, Holden, MA 01520. It is possible that a single order will arrive in two or more shipments. If this is the case, you will only be charged one shipping charge.
Can I fax my order? Yes. Fax your order to 484-259-3681. Include the title, author and seller ID (or ISBN) of the book you are interested in purchasing. Please include your credit card information so that we can process your order. All information is kept strictly confidential.

Payment
What payment forms do you accept? We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover through PayPal or Google Wallet (previously Google Checkout). If you do not have a PayPal or Google Wallet account, you can set one up for free during the checkout process. If you do not want to set up an account, you can still use your credit card securely through PayPal.
What will I see on my credit card statement? You will either see a charge from "Double Up Books", "DOUBLEUPBKS" or "Audalas Incorporated."
Do you collect sales tax? For orders shipped to Massachusetts, we collect 6.25% MA sales tax. No tax is collected on orders shipped to other states.

Gift Packaging
Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes. We will wrap your gift for an additional $3.00 and include a small gift card with your personal message. Make sure you select "Gift Wrap" as one of your items in your shopping cart before you check out. You will have the option to pick and choose which items you would like gift wrapped. All orders that have a different "ship to address" from the billing address will get a gift receipt which excludes pricing information.
