April Rudat, MS Ed, RD, LDN is a successful breastfeeding mother of boy/girl twins, and she has succeeded at breastfeeding her twins until their second birthday! April is a passionate crusader for breastfeeding for its health and emotional benefits; however, her approach is gentle and unassuming in that she understands every woman's scenario is different. Any breastmilk is better than no breastmilk at all.
April is also a Registered and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist through the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association. As a dietitian, she promotes breastfeeding as the first step to preventing obesity. April also has a Master's Degree in Counseling, which adds to the book since she includes self-care tips for the breastfeeding mother of multiples.
