Shipping
Double Up Books offers three shipping options at checkout for US orders – Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation, Priority Mail and Express Mail. All of these services are provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS). We use USPS because they provide reliable service, a tracking number for each package shipped, and deliver on Saturdays for no extra charge.
USPS Standard with Delivery Confirmation can take from 5 – 21 days transit time to arrive. Standard is the least expensive shipping option. Shipping charges are $3.50 for the first item and $.50 for each additional item. When you select Standard shipping, you will receive an email notifying you that your order was shipped that includes a tracking number to track the delivery of the package.
Priority Mail can take from 2 - 3 days transit time to arrive. Priority Mail is the best option to consider if you want to balance the speed and cost of shipping. Shipping charges are $8.00 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item. When you select Priority Mail shipping, you will receive an email notifying you that your order was shipped and it will include a tracking number to track your package online. **If you are ordering 3+ books or items, use the Priority Mail FLAT RATE shipping option to pay just $9.85 to ship your entire order.
Express Mail takes 1 – 2 days transit time to arrive. Express Mail is the most expensive option for shipping. Shipping charges are $22.00 for the first item and $5.00 for each additional item. When you select Express Mail shipping, you will receive an email notifying you that your order was shipped and it will include a tracking number to track your package online.
Placing an order over $60? We split shipping costs with you for USPS Standard! No coupon codes to remember - our checkout system will calculate this automatically, just be sure to select the reduced shipping option. This offer is good for domestically shipped items. You must select USPS Standard Reduced Pricing during checkout.
Shipping Internationally?
Double Up Books offers five shipping options - First Class International, Priority Mail International, Express Mail International, DHL Standard and DHL Expedited. Click here for complete details. We now ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Bermuda, Greece, Dubai, Cyprus, Italy, France and the Virgin Islands (US and British).
When will my order ship?
Most books are shipped within 12 - 72 hours depending on when your order was placed. We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround times. If the book you ordered is backordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to cancel the order.
We ship quickly so if you make any errors ordering, please notify us immediately. As long as we haven't shipped your order, we can make any necessary changes.
Returns
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on our books. Just send it back in the original condition within 15 days of receiving the item(s) from us. We will credit, the original payment method, the purchase price of the item(s). We're sorry, but shipping charges incurred are not refundable. We are unable to process returns on books ordered through our Book Search Service at this time.
Send any returns to the above address. It is not required, but we would appreciate it if you could email us at info@doubleupbooks.com to let us know that you are sending back a return. We will watch for your item(s) to arrive and credit you promptly.
Payment
We accept most credit cards as well as PayPal and Google Checkout. If you do not already have a PayPal or Google Checkout account, you can sign up for a free account during the checkout process.

Double Up Books takes your security seriously which is why we use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment.
You will also notice that the "http:" on the address line changes to "https:" Any time we ask for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be transmitted using secure technology. In addition, credit card processing is handled directly by our credit card processor (PayPal Website Payments Pro), PayPal or Google Checkout directly depending on your chosen method.
